1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FloorNote ("we", "us", "our") at floornote.app. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

FloorNote is flooring business management software that helps contractors and stores manage customers, jobs, estimates, deposits and payments, scheduling, and related business data.

3. Subscription and payment

• Subscription is £60/month after a 7-day free trial.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews monthly unless you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time via Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

4. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. You may delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create (customers, jobs, estimates, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data to provide the service. We do not sell your data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloorNote is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or business. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
